14 Picked off bus, Shot by Balochistan Separatists

On a remote coastal highway, while travelling from Gwadar to Karachi, dozens of Balochistan separatists stopped a bus and pulled off non-Balochs, identified by their National ID Cards, and then took them to the nearby mountains where they were killed. Those killed were allegedly members of Pakistan’s Navy and Coast Guard. Baloch militants have been attacking Pakistani security forces and government for the pasts decade, accusing the government of extracting the regions wealth without providing adequate services. Balochistan is Pakistan’s largest and least populated region and is rich in various minerals.
