Important Information

• We will be at an active test range during the course and personal protective equipment is therefore required. Additionally, students will be required to sign a waiver form prior to accessing the test site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full payment is required to reserve your seat. Please note that space is limited, and seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Below is the refund schedule:

• Early Bird Fee Payments: These are fully refundable until April 1, 2025. Cancellations made between April 1 and June 1, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund. After June 1, 2025, no refunds will be issued. However, the seat can be transferred to another person or credited toward the next class offered.
• Advanced Fee Payments: These are eligible for a 50% refund until June 1, 2025. After June 1, 2025, no refunds will be available. Similar to Early Bird Fee payments, the seat may be transferred to another person or credited to the next class.

If the course is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, attendees may receive a refund or choose to have the amount credited towards a future course offering.

Please remember that rates are valid only until the specified date and must be paid in full before that date.
