Hollice F. Stone, M.S., P.E.
President & CEO

Hollice F. Stone brings over 34 years of leadership in security engineering, blast mitigation, antiterrorism, and emergency response. As President and CEO of Stone Security Engineering, PC, she guides the firm’s mission to protect people, buildings, and critical infrastructure from complex threats through innovative design, rigorous assessments, and practical solutions.

Hollice has worked on security engineering projects on more than 300 structures worldwide, including federal campuses, historic courthouses, and international facilities. Her expertise spans blast, ballistics, forced entry, and vehicle ramming.  Projects types include new building design, retrofit of existing buildings, multi-hazard threat and vulnerability assessments, criteria development, and testing. She also draws on a decade of experience as a FEMA Urban Search and Rescue team member, uniquely integrating life-safety considerations with structural resilience.

A recognized industry leader and educator, Hollice has developed national training programs for design professionals, first responders and security professionals and serves as a prime consultant on major federal contracts, including nationwide GSA blast engineering services.

She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in California, New York, and Maryland. Hollice’s visionary leadership continues to advance the field of security engineering and strengthen the safety of critical assets worldwide.


Richard M. Galli, M.S., P.E.
Vice President

Richard Galli brings over 20 years of specialized experience in blast engineering, physical security, and protective design to his role as Vice President at Stone Security Engineering. With a proven track record managing more than 100 complex projects across government, defense, and industrial sectors, Richard is a recognized expert in blast mitigation, vehicle ramming resistance, progressive collapse analysis, and ballistic protection.

His expertise spans dynamic evaluation and design of new and existing structures—including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, and pre-engineered buildings—ensuring compliance with rigorous standards such as UFC, ISC/GSA, VA, NYPD, ASCE Petrochemical, and CSA. Richard has led high-profile projects involving federal courthouses, embassy buildings, military laboratories, and large-scale healthcare complexes, delivering innovative retrofit solutions and comprehensive risk assessments that enhance occupant safety and structural resilience.

Richard holds a Master of Science in Transportation Safety Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from George Washington University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia. His technical acumen, combined with hands-on construction administration experience and collaborative approach with government agencies and vendors, positions him as a key leader driving Stone Security Engineering’s mission to deliver cutting-edge, code-compliant security engineering solutions.


Ketan Dodhia, P.E., LEED AP
Senior Project Manager & Director of Business Development

Ketan Dodhia brings over 23 years of specialized expertise in structural engineering, protective design, and blast-resistant infrastructure to Stone Security Engineering. With a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and a Professional Engineer license in New York, Ketan has led complex projects for high-profile clients including the U.S. State Department, Department of Defense, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and the Department of Homeland Security.

As Senior Project Manager, Ketan has successfully managed and delivered critical infrastructure and facilities projects involving anti-terrorism, blast mitigation, and progressive collapse analysis both domestically and internationally. His technical proficiency spans steel, concrete, glass, curtainwall, and cable structures, with deep experience in dynamic structural and blast analysis, risk assessments, and vulnerability studies.

In his expanded role as Director of Business Development, Ketan leverages his technical insight and client relationships to drive growth and expand Stone Security Engineering’s market presence. He plays a key leadership role in pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client partnerships, and promoting the firm’s capabilities across public and private sectors.
